Pilates Teacher
TrainingFall 2026
Fifty hours, two weekends, taught by Elisa herself at Littleton. This is the first Pilates teacher training VIBE has ever run — and it's open to everyone. Let's go!
First come, first served. A $500 non-refundable deposit is what holds your spot.
The first one VIBE has ever run — and the door is open!
If you've finished a class and caught yourself thinking about being the one at the front of the room, this is it. Registration is open to everyone, right now.
You don't need to be an instructor already. You don't need a fitness background. You need to love the work and be willing to put in fifty hours with people who will actually teach you how to lead it.
Spots fill in the order deposits land. Once they're gone we'll start a waitlist — but a waitlist isn't a spot. If this is a yes for you, don't sit on it!
First come, first served. Once every spot is claimed, we'll open a waitlist for the next training.
What you'll walk out knowing
No script to memorize! Six things you'll use the very first time you stand at the front of a real room.
- The art of cueing
- Creative sequencing and class structure
- Somatic awareness
- Anatomy with movement
- Creating movement that supports all levels
- The use of props
Fifty hours, and every one counts
The two weekends are the heart of it. The rest is what takes you from "I did a training" to "I can teach this."
In studio
Four days across two weekends with Elisa and the VIBE team.
Anatomy & movement
Self-study you complete on your own schedule, between weekends.
Assisting & teaching
Practical hours logged in studio — assisting, teaching, attending class.
- 3 mentor sessions
- 1 mock class
- Up to 3 community classes
Two weekends. Both at Littleton.
Put them in your calendar right now, before you keep reading! The in-studio hours can't be made up later.
Times shown include breaks. Twenty hours of in-studio training across the four days, at 222 Great Road, Littleton.
You'll be learning from Elisa
Our founder — and she's teaching all four days herself!
Elisa started exactly where you are. She signed up for a training, fell in love with it, and built her community one class at a time. Three VIBE studios later, she's still the one at the front of the room.
And she isn't handing this off. She's teaching every one of the twenty in-studio hours and running your mentor sessions herself. There's no one better to learn this from!
Every hour happens at our Littleton studio.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is what makes the spot yours. Until a deposit is in, that spot is still sitting there for the next person who registers.
If this one fills, the next VIBE training is
There is no second fall cohort.
We're running this one once. If the spots go, the next training is 2027 — and we can't tell you when in 2027. This is the one we can actually promise you.
