    As the visionary founder of VIBE, Elisa's passion shines through in every class, retreat, and training she leads. She is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 instructor, a designation recognizing her extensive experience and dedication to the practice. With over 500 hours of advanced training, Elisa blends traditional and modern yoga techniques to help you find balance, vitality, and overall well-being. Join her on a transformative journey, whether on the mat, in a training, or at one of her international retreats.

    Westford Studio Manager + VHYP Instructor + Advanced Lagree Instructor

    Melissa's classes are filled with positivity, encouragement, and fun. With three years of experience as an instructor, Melissa creates a dynamic and engaging atmosphere where students feel seen, understood, and empowered. Her unique ability to foster personal connections with each member helps to build a supportive and motivating community. Students can expect to leave Melissa's class feeling energized, fulfilled, and accomplished.

    With almost 10 years of experience, Evan focuses on the mind, muscle, and form connection in her energetic and musically driven classes. She emphasizes body awareness and guides her students to target specific muscle groups during each move. Evan creates a sense of community by shouting out students' names and making everyone feel seen!

    Littleton Studio Manager + Instructor + Lagree Certified

    With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kayla is a passionate and highly motivating fitness instructor known for delivering powerful, results-driven classes that leave clients feeling stronger, more energized, and inspired. Every class is about more than just the workout — it’s about showing up for yourself and leaving stronger in every way. Expect an upbeat, music-driven experience that keeps you moving, smiling, and coming back for more.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Steph is the marketer on our team behind the VIBE brand. After taking over VIBE's social media in 2022, what began as managing posts evolved into a full marketing role. Today, Steph serves as Chief Marketing Officer for both VIBE Hot Yoga & Pilates and VIBE Lagree Fitness, working closely with Elisa and the leadership team to keep the branding consistent and bring the VIBE vision to life across every platform and campaign!

  • Alix Amato

    Instructor

    With 25+ years of movement experience and a decade of teaching, Alix brings unmatched energy, positivity, and purpose to every class. Her music-driven workouts are designed to uplift, empower, and leave you feeling strong—body and mind. If you’re singing along mid-workout, she’s done her job right!

  • Maria Bergamini

    Instructor

    Certified in 26 & 2 Hot Yoga, Maria brings over a decade of experience in health and wellness, along with a background in personal training and CrossFit coaching. Her classes emphasize technique, alignment, and mindful movement, blending precision with encouragement to create a supportive space for students of all levels. Maria’s goal is to help students build strength, deepen their practice, and connect more fully to mind and body—both on and off the mat.

    Robyn Bongiorno has been an instructor for 8 years and her energetic and inclusive classes are welcoming to all levels. She uses a non-traditional approach to yoga, incorporating music to keep her students motivated and engaged. Robyn creates a sense of community by remembering names, greeting everyone, and reminding students that yoga should be fun!

    Kyla is a Lagree and Hot Pilates instructor who’s all about building strength and confidence and having fun while you sweat! Kyla brings a positive, welcoming energy to every class, encouraging each member to push past their limits and discover what they are capable of. You can expect great music, sweats, and shakes in each of Kyla’s classes!

    Erin is a high-energy and motivating instructor with six years of experience. Her classes are committed to the modality, accessible for all fitness levels, and leave students wanting to come back for more. Erin's unique teaching style focuses on making connections with people, keeping them and their form at the center of the class. She fosters a sense of community by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

    Andrea Dollet brings 30+ years of experience to her classes, combining HIIT, yoga, spin, BodyPump, and even trapeze coaching into a fun, challenging, and supportive experience. With a 25-year background in massage therapy, she’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.

    Brooke's classes are welcoming, energizing, and upbeat. With 13 years of experience as an instructor, Brooke focuses on simple moves that are challenging and effective for all levels. Her friendly and outgoing personality creates a sense of community within her classes. Brooke's expertise allows her to teach with ease and fluidity, pushing students out of their comfort zone while ensuring proper form and maximizing effort.

    Instructor + Lagree Certified

    Becky brings over 13 years of experience to her high-energy classes, blending movement, music, and motivation to create a fitness experience that’s as fun as it is effective. She believes that fitness should feel empowering—not like a chore—and designs each class to challenge the body, lift the spirit, and leave you feeling strong from the inside out. With a mix of cardio and strength, Becky’s upbeat teaching style helps students build confidence, push past limits, and stay inspired every step of the way.

    Mathew Fenochetti is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 25 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching experience. With a background shaped by his service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Mathew brings discipline, resilience, and purpose to his classes. He specializes in power yoga, creating dynamic, music-driven sequences that challenge and energize students while fostering connection, mindfulness, and growth on and off the mat.

    Elyssa teaches Hot Pilates at both VIBE studios, blending her background as a nurse with a passion for empowering others through movement. A proud VIBE student-turned-instructor, Elyssa creates an energetic, inclusive class environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and strong. Her form-focused teaching style is rooted in body mechanics, breath, and community connection—perfect for all levels.

  • Emily Putzig

    Instructor

    Emily started taking and teaching hot yoga and yoga sculpt in Boston 10 years ago and is thrilled to bring her experience to VIBE!  She fosters a sense of community by creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels capable and strong.  Her classes focus on mindful movement and intensity, encouraging students to explore their potential and step into their power.  She aims to bring positive energy and genuine motivation to every class, along with a killer playlist. Expect to sweat and smile a lot!

  • Fawn McAdie

    Fawn’s positive, inspiring, and motivating personality fully embodies her passion for health and fitness. With her exercise science background as an ACE certified personal trainer and ACE group exercise instructor, she leads her upbeat classes through challenging yet safe, effective, and form focused workouts. She has taught a variety of group exercise classes from coast to coast for over 20 years.  Fawn strives for each of her participants to leave her classes feeling more confident, empowered and energized.

  • Nadia Monti

    Instructor

    Nadia's fluid-based teaching style focuses on breath, balance, and mindfulness. With four years of experience as a yoga instructor and 23 years as a music teacher, Nadia creates a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere in her classes. She encourages students to embrace the uncomfortable, challenge their limits, and find confidence in themselves. Nadia's unique approach incorporates Thai yoga stretch therapy, assists, and adjustments, catering to the individual needs of each student.

  • Brittany Richard

    Brittany is a full-time behavioral health nurse with a passion for wellness, fitness, and movement. A former competitive dancer, she loves challenging workouts paired with a supportive, uplifting community.

    After years of practicing Inferno Hot Pilates, she became a certified IHP instructor in 2020 and has since added certifications in Barre (2025) and Yoga Sculpt (2026). Brittany brings high energy, positive vibes, and creative classes that will keep you challenged, motivated, and coming back for more!

    Katie brings a vibrant and grounded energy to her classes, focusing on unique anatomy, alignment, and the mind-body-spirit connection. With 2.5 years of experience as an instructor, Katie creates a self-paced, all-levels atmosphere in her vinyasa classes and a meditative, healing vibe in her restorative classes. Her teaching style emphasizes feeling over form, and she offers modifications and props to make her classes accessible to everyone. Katie fosters a sense of community by encouraging a growth mindset and gratitude.

    With two decades of experience teaching fitness classes and two years specifically instructing yoga, Kristy creates a welcoming atmosphere where students can challenge their physical and mental abilities. Her teaching style incorporates visual and verbal cues, ensuring students feel confident and accomplished in their practice. Kristy's genuine interest in her students fosters a supportive community within her classes.

  • Lindsay Roy

    Instructor

    Lindsay is passionate about the mental and emotional benefits of movement and works to ensure members leave her classes feeling confident, strong, and empowered. She brings 10 years of experience as a fitness instructor and over 20 years as a ballet dancer. Lindsay earned her RYT-200 in 2019 and became Pilates certified in 2025. She values the sense of community that group fitness creates and strives to cultivate a supportive, positive atmosphere in every class.

    Dolly believes in body autonomy and encourages students to honor their individual needs within the practice. With four years of experience as an instructor, Dolly's classes are inclusive, fun, and empowering. Her unique teaching style incorporates dharma, connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Dolly fosters a strong sense of community by connecting with students on and off the mat, creating a supportive and encouraging environment.

    Mike brings a mellow and laid-back style to his Bikram yoga classes. With over 25 years as a practitioner and four years as an instructor, Mike creates a challenging yet relaxing atmosphere, encouraging students to work hard and find their edge. His classes are predictable in format and temperature, allowing students to deeply experience the therapeutic benefits of this yoga practice. Mike welcomes new students and fosters a supportive community within his classes.
